Application Fee

$50

This fee is due when applying as a new OR returning student and is nonrefundable. Applying does not convey acceptance into the program.

enrollment/REgistration fee

$350

If your child's application has been accepted, this fee enrolls them into a classroom to secures their "spot" for the next school year and covers material fees. This fee is nonrefundable.

K-8TH GRADE Science/Social Studies tuition fee

$3,000

This fee may be paid :

in monthly bank drafts from August-May. (Automated payments of $300 must be set up.)
in monthly EMA scholarship funds ($300 per month)

This fee covers your child's participation in our K-8th science/social studies classes on Tuesday & Thursday (Aug - May).

Kindergarten-8TH GRADES Freedom Studio TUITION FEE

$100 per month (1-day program) OR $200 per month (2-day program)

This fee may be paid :

in monthly bank drafts from August-May. (Automated payments of $100 or $200 must be set up.)
in monthly EMA scholarship funds ($100 or $200 per month)

This fee covers your child's participation in our Kindergarten-8th Studio classes on Tuesday AND/OR Thursdays from Noon-2:00 PM.(Aug - May).

6TH-12TH GRADES bible history TUITION FEE

$1,000

This fee may be paid :

in monthly bank drafts from August-May. (Automated payments of $100 must be set up.)
in monthly EMA scholarship funds ($100 per month)

This fee covers your child's participation in our 6th-12th Bible History class on Wednesday (Aug - May).

4th-12th grades Golf Program FEE

$750 per 14 weeks

This fee may be paid :

in monthly bank drafts for 3 months (Automated payments of $250 per month must be set up.)
in quarterly EMA scholarship funds ($750 per 14 weeks)

This fee includes lessons, greens fees, practice balls, range fees.

2nd-12th grades piano lessons FEE

$600 per quarter (12 half-hour lessons)

This fee may be paid :

in monthly bank drafts for 3 months. (Automated payments of $200 per month must be set up.)
in quarterly EMA scholarship funds ($600 per quarter)

This fee includes 12 half-hour individual piano lessons.

portfolio review fee

$75

This fee covers an end-of-the-year portfolio review for one homeschool student The portfolio review is conducted by a certified teacher at Freedom Christian Academy (Home Education Instructional Provider). Please email fcalongwood@gmail.com to set up a time.

1 hr - Collaborate with an Educator

$100

This fee covers one hour with a n FCA teacher to discuss homeschool curriculum, planning, record keeping or other questions you may have about educating your child. This collaboration hour is designed for the teacher and parent(s). Childcare is not available at this time.
